class ExerciseEvent(**data)

Definition of an exercise event. This is an event that occurs on transformation of an instrument owing to exercise. e.g. an option of some type into its underlying. # noqa: E501

Create a new model by parsing and validating input data from keyword arguments.

Raises ValidationError if the input data cannot be parsed to form a valid model.
