class CloseEvent(**data)

The termination of an instrument. In some cases termination can happen over a range of dates e.g. american option exercise. In most cases the startDate == endDate # noqa: E501

Create a new model by parsing and validating input data from keyword arguments.

Raises ValidationError if the input data cannot be parsed to form a valid model.
