class ClassActionEvent(**data)

Class Action Event (CLSA) — a voluntary corporate action under which security holders receive cash compensation from a court-approved settlement fund following litigation against an issuer. # noqa: E501

Raises ValidationError if the input data cannot be parsed to form a valid model.
